Butch Bensinger has been an auctioneer for over 25 years and a licensed real estate broker for 23 yrs. He is a professional dealer's only auto auctioneer, but his main specialty is selling real estate at auction. Butch sells estates, antiques, business liquidations. He has done many auctions for the police department, selling their equipment, fire trucks, garbage trucks, squad cars & their horses used for the posse. He has sold airplanes, cows, just about anything & everything. Butch has an excellent reputation with his sellers and the crowd that come to bid because of his honesty. You can be sure as a buyer that you aren't "bidding against the back wall" and as a seller, he'll tell you the truth about what to expect from an auction. Butch has many satisfied customers, due to his personal heartfelt concern for their situations in life. When the hammer comes down it's "all in and all done" and everyone can go home feeling like they got a fair deal.

Jan handles the auction contracts & paperwork and attends the real estate closings with buyers and sellers. A great sense of humor and fun, make her a pleasure to be around. Lynn Hajjar, Realtor:
Lynn began her real estate career in 1997 after spending 20 plus years as a clothing buyer for large retail chains. This background gave her the mind set to analyze buyers' desires and the determination to find that perfect property. Retail also laid a background of marketing and critical analysis....skills that have helped price and promote properties that she has listed.
Through the years a specialty in residential acreage and small horse farms developed around her personal interests and contacts. She is well versed in the various neighborhoods that offer horse amenities or just room to have privacy. This experience over the years has accumulated into a wealth of knowledge about communities and neighborhoods.
A member of Christ The King Episcopal Church, an avid reader, an experienced horsewoman, and a closet decorator have made for lasting relationships and repeat business in Marion County.
Successful real estate transactions are not a destiny , but a journey...filled with many landmines that can end the journey or at least delay the arrival. You deserve an experienced agent who can navigate you through the many intricacies of the process and deliver you safely to your destination....either a new property that you've dreamed of or the sale of your current home.
Good service is defined as satisfied customers. Lynn's promise is for full attention to your interests....whether buyer or seller....that will result in fair and successful transactions. Lynn is proud of the high percentage of repeat customers is has assisted over the years.
